Read The National Lottery Community Fund publication ‘What is co-production?‘ with a focus on the sections on:
- What you need in place to create the conditions for co-production to work well.
- Practical ideas and inspiration for how to put co-production into practice.
Ask yourself the questions:
- What is needed in your museum or your museums you are familiar with to create the conditions for co-production to work well?
- What is needed in your community to create the conditions for co-production to work well?
- Jot down some ideas about how to put co-production into practice. What ideas or requests might you say a gentle ‘no’ to?
