- Highlights the Code of Ethics in job descriptions.
- Assesses ethical practice at selection events and interviews.
- Shares Code of Ethics with all new joiners.
- Includes the Code of Ethics in any appraisal documentation.
- Has opportunities to develop ethical practice and critical thinking.
- Includes the Code of Ethics as part of decision making.
- Includes the Code of Ethics as part of policy and programme development.
- Has an internal Ethics Committee.
- Has an identified individual accountable for ethical practice.
