Celebrating success is an important part of any project, but more so for one that is centred within a community, working in partnership with community organisations and beyond.
This visible celebration, at particular milestones can cement relationships, attract more participants and create a greater sense of ownership and impact. Whether this is a physical celebration or a digital celebration very much depends on the nature if the project, and current guidance about physical distancing.
- Look for examples of how organisations have celebrated success?
- Look on social media platforms, for example Twitter, to see how museums engage partners and celebrate partnership work and its impact?
- What does this mean for your museum?
- What does this mean for your partnership?
- What does this mean for your next steps?
This should take about 60 minutes.
