By taking your priorities and breaking these down into steps, you will be equipped to make your ideas and ambitions real. You can use these plans as a way to stay on track and record your progress.
The Manifesto offers a framework that can be taken up at an individual, team and organisational level. The exercises below will encourage you to think of next steps you can take, but will also give you the opportunity to consider where action can be taken at different levels within your museum and networks.
