Now that you have started to identify your priorities, we will move on to explore the steps you can take to move your anti-racism work forward.
By taking your priorities and breaking these down into steps, you will be more equipped to make your ideas achievable. Being more specific about what you want to do and how you will take action helps in building accountability for your anti-racism work.
Dismantling racism requires change on an individual and organisational level. The following exercises will encourage you to think of next steps you can take and give you the opportunity to consider where action can be taken at different levels within your museum and/or networks.
