If you are faced with a situation or a dilemma you should use the Code to shape and inform your thinking, there is additional guidance available on the website, as well as a number of case studies that focus on particular principles of the Code of Ethics.
What is essential is to have broader discussions. Ethical dilemmas are often complex. You should gather a range of views and insights so you can see the dilemma broadly and within the context of other decisions and practices.
